【A Journey into the Heart of Japanese Cuisine】
Japanese cuisine has been recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage and is now loved by people all over the world. This course allows you to dive deeper into the foundations of Japanese food, such as soy sauce and sake. Additionally, from January to May, you can enjoy strawberry picking of famous varieties unique to Nara Prefecture, such as "Kotoka" and "Asuka Ruby," known for their delicious flavor.

Sake tasting in a 300-year-old sake brewery

 Nara is one of the birthplaces of sake, and Kita Sake Brewery is a representative brewery with over 300 years of history. Enjoy the charm of sake to your heart's content while listening to the story of sake brewing from the 9th generation owner.
 The founder, Kita Rihei, would carefully select the water and rice, and would not open a liquor store until he was completely satisfied with the product. Please come and experience the delicious sake that has been produced in accordance with his founder's wishes and that has been a constant focus for the past 300 years.
