Nara is one of the birthplaces of sake, and Kita Sake Brewery is a representative brewery with over 300 years of history. Enjoy the charm of sake to your heart’s content while listening to the story of sake brewing from the 9th generation owner.
The founder, Kita Rihei, would carefully select the water and rice, and would not open a liquor store until he was completely satisfied with the product. Please come and experience the delicious sake that has been produced in accordance with his founder’s wishes and that has been a constant focus for the past 300 years.
