As a sake enthusiast, in addition to a visit of the iconic Shoryaku-ji, I have sought for Mity Global to line up two sake brewery tours for me, to feel the hundreds years history of sake culture in Nara, Kita Sake Brewery 喜多酒造and Yucho Shuzo 油長酒造. I used to register brewery tour before by myself, but this time the tours were surprisingly different with Mity Global arrangements. Like I had the precious opportunity to go inside kojimuro of Kita Sake Brewery, and a detailed explanation and direct-talks with Mr Kita-san (Kura-Master) about the production processes, I learned a lot from Mr Kita-san, a very fruitful lesson. Equally amazing is to chat with Mr Yamamoto-san (Master Brewer of Yucho Shuzo), to share his mastermind, philosophy, and more importantly his brewing concept and innovation directions, I’m completely amazed and overwhelmed.
