We explored Asuka, Japan’s first capital, by e-bike—a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful countryside while discovering one of the most fascinating chapters of Japanese history.

Tsuyoshi was an outstanding guide who shared countless stories and insights about Asuka, inspiring our curiosity throughout the day.

The tour concluded with a visit to a local sake brewery that has been producing sake for more than 300 years. We had the opportunity to taste several varieties of sake and gain a deeper appreciation of this unique aspect of Japanese culture.
